2 months pregnant but still bleeding

Hi. My name is Amandeep kaur. I m seven weeks pregnant. From 2 or 3 days my bleeding starts. I went to doctor. She gave me 2 injections nd progesterone sustained release tablet 200 mg . I m taking this medicine from last 3 nights but i m still bleeding. Please suggest
