2 month pregnancy. Year, kindly suggest!

My wife has last menses on March 04, 2017 and she missed in April so, we checked through pregnancy kit (preganews)from pharmacy on April 12, we got negative result, and for more confirmation we tried different kit(I can) this time that is on may 1 and we got positive, and we are not ready to have kids now, and for more information to provide on in Feb 2016 we got married and on March 2016 for missed menses we approached doctor & got confirmed so we said we are not ready for kids and doctor prescribed some medicines and got abortion. And doctor inserted loop not to get pregnant, as my wife feels uncomfortable we went to doctor and removed in January and started using condoms, and due to sometimes missed to use got pregnant. So,is safe this time to get abortion at this stage, I wanted to get clarity on this to discuss with my wife, we are planning to travel United states next month so we don't have plan to kids at this stage and we wanted more time atleast till next year, kindly suggest
