18 year old boy with weight 31 kg
CT scan revealed Nodulo Infilterative lesions in anterior segment of left upper lobe with loculated left pleural effusion,enlarged mediastinal lymph nodes and mild pericardial effusion likely Koch's in etiology.please let me know the meaning of this. Does this mean the patient has TB?if yes,what's the level and how long will it take to cure.

HELLO, CONSULT A CHEST PHYSICIAN. HE IS SUFFERING FROM TUBERCULOSIS EXTENSIVE.   YET NO TREATMENT IS STARTED? HE IS IN BAD SHAPE. LONG TERM BASIS TREATMENT IS REQUIRED. ADVISE       HOSPITALIZATION. THEIR IS WATER IN LUNG PLAYERS. THIS HAS TO BE SUCKED OUT. EARLIER DECISION TO BE TAKEN. O.K BYE.
