CT scan revealed Nodulo Infilterative lesions in anterior segment of left upper lobe with loculated left pleural effusion,enlarged mediastinal lymph nodes and mild pericardial effusion likely Koch's in etiology.please let me know the meaning of this. Does this mean the patient has TB?if yes,what's the level and how long will it take to cure.
