16 year old suffering from fever
I am 16 year old suffering from fever last four days. First time fever gone upto 6 f .during fever i feel too much severe from cold , vomiting and too much cough. Now fever goes upto 3f.i have taken medicine metacin . Levonac AZ 250, Kemi.500 ,Dilosyn syrup and becosule capsules

Hi,
It's time to get investigated for it. Few investigations which may be done are complete blood count, Dengue NS1 Antigen, malaria antigen test, blood culture, SGOT, SGPT.
Continue paracetamol 500mg thrice daily.
