10 weeks preganancy with no fetal pole

Asked for Female, 28 Years

On August 10th, I had TVs scanning and showed impression as no fetal pole, bilateral ovum, do I will get miscarriage or any sucess? Please help me with your information

Need to know few more details like LMP. Don't worry repeat USG after 2 weeks for confirmation. Sometimes it appears late.
