1 year old not eating & has a cough

Hi doctors, My one year old daughter has a mild fever and cold cough, she is not eating anything (eaten 3 dates 2 pieces of orange in the last 3 days) at all from the last 3 days and not accepting milk also. We can hear congestion in her coughing and she is not sleeping at night. She is still very active and not crying if you don't try to make her sleep. we are giving her bro-zedexLS and wikoryl DS . It is still not working on her. She is very cranky and irritated Please guide me if we should try something else, its been 5 dags she is sick

I would advise one physicaal consultation with the Pediatrician who can examine the chest and suggest any medication change in case necessary
