1 Swollen tonsil
One tonsil is swollen with pain in throat. Small white patch on 1 tonsil like those white patches are negligible.I have Heaviness in throat aswell. When i swallow i have some pain.Sometimes i have headache too .No fever, no cough nothing.I have never smoked in life and never consumed alcohol. Is this cancer i am really scared. :( as i rrsearched on internet of 1 tonsil is swollen it means cancer not tonsilities

Unilateral swelling of the tonsil may not mean anything significant. If there is significant variation of size them further tests are required. You seem to be looking at whitish debris over tonsils which is not really abnormal. There may be associated reflux laryngopharyngitis which is type of acidity related disorder
