My baby is one month old and she sometimes rarely shakes one hand and one leg in sleep and some times rarely she shivers ful body in sleep and is this is normal in infants? and how to know whether she is having any problem? And She sweats more if we cover her body fully.

This is normal if it is happening only during sleep .
Don't over cover the baby . Remember she only needs one covering more than you . Bangalore weather can suddenly become cold so you may get confused about how much to cover . Always check the hands and feet of the baby . If they are warm and pink , the covering is adequate for her
