1 eye is small than other
Hello, Doctor
My one eye is smaller than my other eye. 3-4months back, I have a problem in my left eye , there is so much pain in my left eye, eye colour turns to red, Doctor says, yours pupil is swallon,. Now sir my left eye is smaller than my right one. Please suggest me a right & affective method or exercise, or any medicine, eyedrops.

You are having mild congenital ptosis ,in my opinion you need no treatment .
