Because of excess fluid ceiserian did on 8.5 month of pregnancy.baby have 1.8 kg weight.baby's small intestine is shrinked and sometimes need operation.is anything serious for baby?

From what I can understand of your post, your baby is preterm 32-34 weeker, 1.8kg, with "small intestine is shrinked": it can be a intestinal structure following NEC(necrotizing entero-colitis), congenital, kinking secondary to band, diverticulitis, etc, etc If there is functional obstruction to movement of stool, such as shown by abdominal distension, poor feed tolerance....then definitely surgical correction by removal of the portion of the narrowed-intestine is required.
Next Steps
results of workup done like barium meal follow-through, X-ray abdomen-erect & cross-table, stool occult blood, blood tests, etc should be available to give further guidance
