1.5 yr child have loose motion

Asked for Male, 32 Years

My 1.5 year baby boy have loose motion last 12 days after taken 2nd dose of Albege medicine to control worms. Tested stools and Escherechia Coli isolated from that.Dr. Sujjested cefolac 3ml 2 times daily. Is it works for my baby and seems common side effect in this site is diarrohea.
