  4. 0 Sperm Count. But its more water!

I am 18 years old I had cancer in my rectum i received chemo that decreased my sperm count and afterwards i received radiation doctors said that now i will have 0 sperm count for the rest of my life . Is that going to affect my sexual life in future am still ejaculating but its more water
