Semen discharge
I am facing issue of semen discharge it happens very frequently even before & in between intercourse it happens i feel so embareced while intercorse with my wife as it discharge very quickly plese help me out for the same

hello.
early discharge which you say is called premature ejaculation.
suggest you to start with foreplay and then take things slowly, once you are having intercourse you may use the stop and start method when you feel you may ejaculate, that way the duration increases. additionally have a good healthy diet, vitamin supplements also would help.
for further help suggest you to meet your doctor, discuss with him and get prescribed.
