Red dark spots

Asked for Male, 13 Years

Sir I am getting dark red spots on my face and some spots.. Red dark spots are on my right side of my face and some spots on left.. Those spots on the right are big.. Any medicine or solution to stop this permanently.. Because no one in my family has this problem and please give correct solution.. Thank u
