3 mnts ago I hd sex vt the sex wrkr, after that morning I noticed a scratches on the glans penis but I didnt payed much attention on that as it disappeared afr an wk,2-3 wk bfr I noticed sm 2-3 rashes in the same place, it is still thr and it is painless.I read an article about syphilis, symptoms are similar in ma case

Hi syphilis will have single lesion...yours is unlikely...consult dermatologist they will examine and diagnose your condition and treat accordingly
