Hello doctor, I've been feeling a tight or pressing pain near my heart since i was 13 yrs.when i pinpoint the place where it feels numb. And hurts alot.

please do CT scan to rule out the cause us headache is followed by nausea and dizziness try the tablet tablet sebilium 10mg half at nite for 3days
