I am 20year old I am becoming weaker and weaker no strength i have also lagging in knowledge also in hostel i am living What can i do to make stronger and healthy mind

Hi Go for general health check up ... monitor your weight... have nutritious food ( altho not possible in hostel). ..... regular exercise would build up strength in you...
