Asked for Male, 23 Years

I have given my blood in a Plain Vail for fluorescent treponemal antibodies (FTA-ABS) test. They said me the test will b done after 4days day and the reports will be there by 5th day.. My question is keeping that blood sample for 4days can it give the accurate test result??
