लगभग हर 2 घंटे बाद तेज भूख लगना
सर,  नमस्ते। मुझे जून 2020 में बादी बवासीर की तरह की कुछ समस्या हो गयी थी जिस कारण मैंने लगभग 1 महीने तक Ciplox TZ aur Nutrolin-B plus का सेवन किया था। मुझे पिछले 15 दिनों से यानी 5 जुलाई से खाना खाने के लगभग 2 घंटे बाद उतनी ही तेज भूख लगती है जितनी कि खाना खाना से पहले, अर्थात इस तरह से मुझे  दिन में 3 से 4 बार भूख लगती है और हर बार उतना ही खाना खाया जा सकता है, लेकिन मैं हल्का फुल्का सा खाने में कुछ ले लेता हूँ। इसी प्रकार, 2 से 3 गिलास पानी पीने के बाद लगभग हर 20 मिनट बाद 3 से 4 बार टॉयलेट करने जाना पड़ता है। सिर में कभी कभी हल्का सा दर्द भी रहता है। मैंने 24 july को अपना Glucose भी टेस्ट करवाया था और वो 83 mg/dl निकला। मुझे उचित परामर्श दें।

Please consult online if possible. Start with Pantoprazole 40 mg once daily before breakfast. Take isaphghula husk 1 tsf with half cup of water daily before sleep. Try to go gor walk. Set a time schedule for meals. 3 major meals and 2 mini meals in between. I need to know if you have other symptoms. Can you consult online for better communication.
