I have pain in chest... In mid of the chest in upper  portion, it is generally if I try to squeeze by pressing both the arms ... What should I do

It is chest tightness due to asthma or may be rib pain vit D deficiency.  Consult any chest specialist immediately.

looks like muscular pain. still get an ECG done and also search for the acidity as a cause for this.
