The doctor was very polite and calm while speaking, and explained everything very clearly. I really appreciated the way the doctor took the time to explain things patiently.

This time, we couldn’t record the baby’s ear sound because the baby wasn’t cooperating, and the baby also had a cold. The doctor asked us to come again once the cold has settled, so that they can try recording it again.
