Ms. Jasmine

I am taking counciling sessions for more than a month now and i can say that i am better version of my self. I have tried and talked to many counsellors before but she was the first one who listened every detail carefully before starting to telling me what to do. Even if you struggle to speak and express what you want to say she has the ability to get things out of you. Also she has very different techniques of guiding. I am grateful that i found her on practo and becoming a better person by practicing what she is teaching.

She listens really well and give you the proper explanation of the situations you're dealing with young with the solutions.

I found Jasmine really easy to talk to. I was nervous about therapy/counselling but she had a very relaxed approach and I felt comfortable quickly. Even if you find it hard to talk, I think these counselling sessions are worthwhile as it is like putting together a jigsaw puzzle which has got all messed up.

I found my sessions with Jasmine immensely helpful. Jasmine’s approach is not the least bit intimidating and immensely practical in nature. She helped me to identify the issues which cause me anxiety and to find techniques which enabled me to deal with them as they arose. I now feel I have the tools necessary to deal with the various stresses in my life and that I can adapt these tools to suit any situation I am presented with in the future.
