Mine was an online consultation on Practo. The Doctor did not give appropriate time to understand the issue, did not provide a proper resolution which could have worked for me. She seemed in a hurry and claimed that she called me multiple times when i did not receive invite for any. I paid for a video consultation but had to have a voice call of hardly 2 minutes. I sent her pictures of the allergic formations on my skin and waited for more than 20 minutes for her response. She claimed she was stuck in another consultation but as much I understand from Practo, for any immediate consultation, only the available doctors are offered to the patient.

I had few days where i could consult her again with the update on my condition. I reached out to her explaining my problem in detail but she offered to call and never called after that. Dr. Prakash was very accommodating & was able to diagnose and treat me despite patchy internet issues in my new house when I first moved to chandigarh. It was a huge relief to have her be my doctor when I was suffering but couldn’t visit anyone. She replied to all my queries without getting irritated by my pedestrian questions.. for which she has my trust. Truly how a doctor should be. Would definitely recommend!

I have a pigmentation issue ...and she explained me genuinely I like her way of talking her politeness she the best and the most genuine doctor in tricity she is a good listener also she listen my case very patienctly after that she prescribed me according my skin issue go to her without any hesitation if u have any kind of skin issue
