I am writing this review after being completely pissed off from this clinic. So I visited this clinic in June 2022 as I have acne scars and according to dermatologists acne scars can only be treated by chemical peels, laser, micro needling etc. I put in my full trust in Dr Naiya to carry out the treatments. She told me to come after every 15 days for better and fast results. Clinic is far from my home I have spend around 500 rupees after every 15 days to travel to clinic and 500 rupees for consultation,3500 rupees for peels,8k for laser, 5k for micro needling that to for almost an year. I took around 20 peels,2-3 micro needling sessions, 2 laser sessions, hydra facial and also each time they prescribed medicines and creams and about 3-5k ***** *** *** *** **** *** ******** *** *** ****** **** ***** ******* ***** ** *********** so in short I have spend lakhs of rupees in her clinic thinking my acne scars would be cured but here I am after almost an year and after spending lakhs of rupees **** **** ******* ** ** **** ****** I don’t have deep acne scars ***** ***** ** ******* ** ** **** ******** ** **** ** ** ****** ************* *** **** * ****** ******* ** **** ******** *** ** *** ******* ** **** *******, *** **** ** **** *** ******* ** ***** *** * *** *** *** ******. Dr Naiya Bansal is really soft spoken and kind hearted but I guess that I didn’t wanted that,I wanted to cure my acne scars and that’s what dermatologists are suppose to do, earlier * **** *** **** ***** *** ****** ** *** ****** *** * **** ***************** *** ******* **** ******* ** ****. Doctor just prescribes you creams and medicines give by their MRs which they actually got for free and for treatments she only starts the peel or laser and then hands over the process to her staff so what is the difference between doctor and staff.

After all this I told Dr Naiya that I have been coming here for almost an year and have spend so much but didn’t get any results to which she said some people don’t respond good to treatments I mean really you got to know this after wasting my time and money and also she said she would give me 2 complimentary seasons of micro needling, ** ** ***** ********* ** ** **** ** ***** ** ***** ******* **** ***** ** ****** ** ****** *** *** ************ ** *** * ********* ***** ***** ** ****** *

Trust me don’t visit this clinic they will never give you any fixed time to take the treatment and will keep calling you to spend money **** **** ******** I went to this clinic after watching 5 star reviews by people *** ***** *** ****. ********** ***** **** ****** ***** ******** ******* **** ** **** **** ************

I have been consulting Dr Naiya for over 6-7 years for various skin related issues.

I have taken acne related consultation * ********* ***** *** **** ********* *** *** **** ********** *** **** ***** *** ******* * *** also helped peel away the scarred skin to reveal a fresh layer of skin without any pigmentation or scars. As My skin is allergic to different stimuli , i have also consulted her for skin rashes / allergies on various occasions* *** *** **** ********* ********* ******* ** ***** ****** *

Recently also took some laser based hair removal treatment which significantly reduced the hair growth.

After a lot of research and "struggle" finally found a doctor who listens to their patients problem and help them in overcoming it in a friendly and efficient problem. I had a hair fall problem which was getting serious with every passig day. I went to some of the known doctors like Dr. Batra but even after a costly therapy of one year there was no positive result. So i finally went to Dr. Naiya Bansal ** *** ** *** ** *** **** ** *** ***** *** *** ******* **** ******* ** * ****** ***** I started using her prescription and my hairfall stopped. I would recommend everyone to take her advice if you are facing such issues ** *** *** **** ********* ** *** ***** *** ******** *** **** ********* *********

Very Bad experience , when I visited the clinic they refused that we have not receive any booking notification from practo. So They said us to confirm it from practo. And other thing is that The doctor for which we book the appointment was leave on that day and we felt very helpless at that time because there is no option we found to contact to practo and we felt scammed by practo. If the doctor was on leave then why should the accept the request and confirm it and also When visit the clinic they refuse that we have not any notification for the same.

So this is very bad approach to make customer scammed or helpless.

Now I think that there is no option to get my money back.

I was suffering from severe hair fall and problem aggravated after I moved to Gurgaon. On my friend's recommendation, I started consulting Dr. Naiya and her treatment not only helped to significantly contain the hair fall but also led to re-growth. I had severe acne since long and had consulted with lots of doctors but feel no improvement. Then we had visited to Dr. Bansal through some reference and it seems that finally root cause has been identified by properly understanding and diaognizing problems by her. Now there is clear improvement visible in acne and left out scars. We strongly recommend to visit her.
