I had pain in my right shoulder from over two years as a result of gym injury. I saw this recommendation on practo and decided to visit him. He explained me the issue properly and diagnosed me with supraspinatus tendinitis. This is very common sports injury but if not dealt with properly can become chronic.

The day i came to him i could not lift my right arm above my shoulder.

He advised me a 10 day course in which he gave deep tissue massage followed by cupping therapy, dry needling and electrotherapy.

I was surprised that only after day 1 ....i felt that my shoulder was quite relaxed.

At the end of the course my pain was completely gone and he advised me some recovery exercises which i have been doing.

My shoulder is getting better ever since.

I was suffering from shoulder/back pain from last 2 year but from last month pain gets unbearable. It was severe pain especially while driving and working on laptop.

No nonsensical doctor . Gets straight to the point ,knows his job well . Manual treatment and release therapy well versed with. Not many physios in chandigarh know it , econimical fees . Listens and explains the problem very well . Would highly recommend for sports injury , not many doctors available in tri city who can give a sports specific treatment .
