It was not my first visit. My son was 10 when he had a fracture in his elbow. My family doctor recommended me to visit Dr. Vineet . I visited Dr. Vineet Sharma on the recommendation of a friend who had a knee surgery done from him.
My issue was Jersey Finger (detached tendon of left hand little finger). Dr. Vineet Sharma contacted his counterpart for hand surgery specialization Dr. Vishal Gautam. After mutual consultation, they decided on an operation to re attach the tendon.
For the operation, they connected with an anesthesiologist.
All three were fabulous, and the teamwork was perfect. The surgery went well, and the results were better than expected for pain management, scarring, and mobility of joints after removal of internal stitches. The kindness and patience to explain all details was remarkable.
Dr. Vishal Gautam guided me throughout the recovery and arranged for a colleague in Mumbai to help with the dressings and external suture removal.
The cost of operation and thereafter was very reasonable.

My mother had her one side operated in New York and the other side by Dr. Sharma in Chandigarh. Her recovery after the surgery in India is miraculous. She was perfectly fine and recovered in 2 weeks and was able to fly back to US within a month of surgery.
