Generally I don't write reviews, but It was really a different experience I encountered here, that makes obligatory to share. Reiterating about the generosity of Dr & her staff when other patients have already spoken a lot about it in Practo may not be useful,But team dental arcade is too good that I cannot stop myself to mention that they believe in "To speak gratitude is courteous and pleasant, to enact gratitude is generous and noble, but to live gratitude is to touch Heaven". I have to undergo Re-RCT and it was very complex as the instrument was broken into canal by my previous dentist. Most of the doctors recommended tooth extraction or were not very sure about the success of procedure. I explored and spoken to 25+ leading dentist near Dehradun ,Chandigarh & Delhi also. Due to complexity of treatment I was not left with many options as most of the dental surgeon were not confident to handle complex procedure ,as procedure demanded focused and dedicated approach. Out of those few, I counted on Dr.Vijita, (though I have to come down from Dehradun, which was almost like 5 hrs journey) as she was very confident about the procedure. I recommend her bcoz:

1. She is very confident, may be due to her vast experience, advanced certifications/ qualifications complemented with blessed hands. In my case, she was the only doctor who knew and assured that the broken instrument will be removed and tooth will be recovered. No one else was made me feel that way.

2. Hygiene: the moment you will enter clinic you will get to know, hygiene is the utmost priority for them.

3. State-of-the art Equipments: Like Carl Zeiss Microscope, this enhances the quality of treatment if used by skilled doctor.

4. A personal touch to patient!! She leaves no stone unturned to make patient comfortable before and during the procedure. She will make patient understand the root cause of the treatment options/procedure in detail. . Most amazing part is, you may expect follow up call regarding recovery or post procedure issues

5. Last but not the least, the best part is these people are not pushy to take treatment at their clinic, like in my case they suggested to get this procedure done at some clinic near to my city as it may otherwise be inconvenient for me to travel from Dehradun. They provide treatment at affordable cost.

Apart from this, One thing that would like to mention, doctor is God fearing and believes in giving back to society, at particular day they provide free treatment to needy people, who otherwise may have deprived of treatment. Hats off to you !!
