Visited For Tooth Extraction

I had heard about this doctor from my near one. keeping trust in that person, I also thought to visit this clinic ones but I am sorry to say that I had a very bad experience that now I would never suggest this place to anyone. What we realized there that everyone was getting the same time of appointment and after reaching there still no one bothers to take the card from the visitor neither anyone steps forward to tell that we are supposed to handover the card. After waiting for more than one hour, we were harassed by the doctor for using words which were not up-to the mark.. The lady doctor started teaching the professional ethics to us that why did we yell at her. We had the same experience two times before also but we ignored. However, this time it pissed us badly. Even the other patients present there also carried the same opinion that they were not called on the proper time and after reaching there , the doctor rather than paying attention to them gives more importance to the ones who are coming late and later put us on wait. So, overall it was an upsetting experience. I must remind the concerned person that their main motto should be customer satisfaction.
