Dr. Lakhbir Kaur Dhaliwal is an infertility specialist and reproductive endocrinologist in Chandigarh with 45 years of practice. She consults at Fortis Hospital in Phase 8 and is senior consultant at Milann, The Fertility Center, Chandigarh, having earlier been professor and head at PGIMER, Chandigarh, where she set up the first IVF centre in a public sector teaching hospital in India.She completed her MBBS at Government Medical College, Amritsar, in 1975, her DGO at Christian Medical College, Ludhiana, in 1977, and her MD in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from the same college in 1979.
