If I have to share my experience in one sentence, then I would say is that ‘being in the profession Dr. Kanchi Khurana is and the service CloudNine provides, they are very unprofessional’.

They kept me waiting for 2hrs on a video call which they scheduled. Also, none of staff along with Dr. Kanchi Khurana had the audacity to provide an update or let us know what’s going on. After constantly reaching out to them and informing them we have been waiting, we kept getting response that someone will be with us shortly. But noone ever showed up.
Making a decision of going through IVF itself is a very crucial decision and a journey where there are so many questions or concerns. And when you have to deal with unprofessional doctors like *** ****** ******* *** ************ ***** ** ********* ********** *** **** **** **** ******* ** ***** *** ********* .
I am glad that my first experience with CloudNine hospitals and Dr. Kanchi Khurana turned out this way. Atleast now I know I got saved from them.
When we got scheduled with Dr. Kanchi Khurana, anyways looking at her profile, it didn’t impress too much. But after this experience, I know my opinion was not wrong.

Good luck for all those families who are seeking for IVF option. Please do some research before spending their time, money and most important their emotions with inexperience and unappreciative CloudNine hospital staff and unprofessional and inconsiderate Dr. Kanchi Khurana. I cannot vouch for other doctors and I can just hope they are nothing like Dr. Khurana.
Not upto the mark. Doesn't come on time. No coordination or even listning to the cocern patient ** *** ******* **** ******* **** ***** ** ** **** That too with the patient she doesn't listen at all only tell what she feels to say & listen. She is never on time & doesn't care about patients health. I** ******* *************** * **************** ****
