* ** ******** ** *** ***** *********** ******* ******* Uninformed and sweeping remarks which not only lack pragmatism but also attempt to undermine the wellbeing of my wife . My wife is suffering from type 2 diabetes hypothyroidism PCOD insulin resistance and acid reflux and also suffers with fatigue and weakness due to diseases .

we were assured that my wife will get the best treatment possible . On the third day of the treatment they left my wife with junior therapist *** ******* ******** **** *** ** *** ** **** ** *** ***** ********* *** *** *** ********* *** ***** *** ***** ** ****** **** ***** *** ***** **** **** **** ****** ****** **** *** **** ** **** **** *** ** ** ********** Yet my wife screamed it’s burning 10 times but she ignored

The only thing which is bothering now is if there was unavailability of the experienced staff then we could have had it done later or another day then to leave my wife under junior supervision and given priority to other customers. We don’t need a VIP treatment but definitely were not there to get burnt .

We understand that if someone else was too important we could have taken the whole treatment another day .

They put her in the condition that the burning sensation was increasing inside and outside underneath the chest area was very deep patch of burn and it was very difficult to lie and sleep on the bed as cause of swelling she sleeps on her belly . She was crying stressing and four sleepless nights cause of the unexpected pain n burns she had to go through . This whole event was too stressful that my wife got periods twice in same month which had never happened to her after finishing her 6 day cycle she got down with periods for another 6 days . Almost 10 days worth of hotel stay in 5 star hotel without the treatment and no one was even bothered about our expenses. On the 4 th day of my second cycle in the same month my wife was asked to come for body lapem which were also charged . There were no compensations as such .

After the periods doctor made the time table of my wife’s treatments which were 9 treatments in a day and we paid for them too . The next day my wife only got 4 treatments n the day after three and the day after that 4 treatments. My wife got a bit concerned that why was that happening as we had already paid for 9 treatments a day . On inquiring I found out that receptionist had given different stories to everyone which were the husband and wife are confused , secondly they have told to reduce treatments thirdly the doctor had reduced treatments .

In reality on those days I was in uk and my wife hadn’t spoken to anyone about any changes in the treatment .

Treatments were reduced as they imagined we will not find out . Doctor said he never asked to reduce treatments . We had to keep paying the hotel for extra stay as treatments were pending

We faced all the harassment in the hope to get better my wife is a patient at the end of the day . But let us ask Is this ethically the right way patients should get treated ? I am asking is this how personal remarks without any reason should be made at customers who are trusting you for their health ?

All these incidents were taking place and we didn’t wanted stress and wanted my wife to get better to our knowledge just very next day there was a politician’s wife who also came for her treatment my wife was told not go out from the main exit instead she was forced to go from backyard which had no space and motorbike was parked in that space so as the door was locked my wife couldn’t go back in or go out and in the process of trying to go out with the parked bike in narrow space she hit her knee badly . We understand the other patient needs respect but that doesn’t mean to badly treat another patient when they know that my wife gets dizzy after treatment. That was the height of our patience and we decided to leave so we cancelled our hotel booking and booked flight back to Dubai

then senior doctor Dr.Vaidya Jagjit singh apologised and asked us to stay for further treatments . Since we cancelled our hotel booking as per the above reasons there were exams in Chandigarh and Chandigarh Mohali Panchkula and nearby places and every hotel got fully booked and there was no availability anywhere. All thanks to the poor treatment by receptionist we again got stuck in another problem we had to drive all the way to Amritsar and had to forcefully stay there for a week as Chandigarh was fully packed due to exams in the city . All additional expenses just because of their negligence towards my wife .

After coming back again we contacted them for remaining treatments as we had already paid n wanted to complete them but for next four days we didn’t get any appointment and again 4 day stay in Hyatt Chandigarh without any treatment.

My bewilderedness arises from that point when my wife’s remaining therapies were left why didn’t she get appointment for those days .

On the 5th day finally they gave appointment and said that they need one day to schedule my treatments we again waited and after discussion with doctor we came back to hotel

After 4 hours doctor calls us and tells my wife that the therapists don’t want to do your treatment and that stressed my wife out seriously which health department says that . We were humiliated on every level possible . And asked us to use other therapist if they didn’t remember the other therapists had burnt my wife’s skin in the past and she suffered 3-4 days because of that so how can a patient trust them again . It’s common sense one bad incident and patient would not trust that doctor or therapist again but we kept on trusting and because of this unprofessionalism we had to leave from there again without treatments and didn’t even take the remaining treatments. All these things have caused my wife unwanted stress which she didn’t needed at all .

There was no way for us to anticipate that the center would be negligent towards our expenses caused because of their faults

There was no fault of our own
