Had very bad experience this time. I was in bad condition so visited her . The appointment was scheduled at 11:30 am , before leaving for hospital I called at reception and Receptionist told that she is available when I reached there Dr. was available , I kept on waiting till 13:20 later I was told that she has already left . my concern is that if she wasn't free then the receptionist should have told me the time when i called before leaving for hospital . kindly value for other's timing .Totally unsatisfied.
