Cloudnine Fertility - IVF Centre, Industrial Area Phase II

I am happy for those people who posted good reviews for Dr. Kanchi Khurana or for CloudNine hospitals.

If I have to share my experience in one sentence, then I would say is that ‘being in the profession Dr. Kanchi Khurana is and the service CloudNine provides, they are very unprofessional’.

They kept me waiting for 2hrs on a video call which they scheduled. Also, none of staff along with Dr. Kanchi Khurana had the audacity to provide an update or let us know what’s going on. After constantly reaching out to them and informing them we have been waiting, we kept getting response that someone will be with us shortly. But noone ever showed up.

Making a decision of going through IVF itself is a very crucial decision and a journey where there are so many questions or concerns. And when you have to deal with unprofessional doctors like *** ****** ******* *** ************ ***** ** ********* ********** *** **** **** **** ******* ** ***** *** ********* .

I am glad that my first experience with CloudNine hospitals and Dr. Kanchi Khurana turned out this way. Atleast now I know I got saved from them.

When we got scheduled with Dr. Kanchi Khurana, anyways looking at her profile, it didn’t impress too much. But after this experience, I know my opinion was not wrong.

Good luck for all those families who are seeking for IVF option. Please do some research before spending their time, money and most important their emotions with inexperience and unappreciative CloudNine hospital staff and unprofessional and inconsiderate Dr. Kanchi Khurana. I cannot vouch for other doctors and I can just hope they are nothing like Dr. Khurana.

Not upto the mark. Doesn't come on time. No coordination or even listning to the cocern patient ** *** ******* **** ******* **** ***** ** ** **** That too with the patient she doesn't listen at all only tell what she feels to say & listen. She is never on time & doesn't care about patients health. I** ******* *************** * **************** ****

I consulted her for my wife who is 6 months pregnant we came from bangalore and due to lockdown we are now staying here at Panchkula

She took our case and she is very friendly and makes us feel so light and recommends important tests and vaccination as well

Overall felt good and positive after meeting her

Last month I consulted Dr. Kanchi Khurana for suggestion on Labiaplasty surgery. I was highly convinced with her ********** behaviour and skills. She clear all my doubts and i get ready for Labiaplasty surgery. I am writing this review after one month of surgery. I am highly satisfied with the treatment i received from Dr. Kanchi Khurana* * *** *** **** *** ****** ******* ** *** **** ******** ************ ** *********** She is the dedicated Cosmetic Gynecologist.

She assisted in my first delivery and made it so smooth that all the fear disappeared. Se made it a pleasant and memorable experience rather than the dreadful and painful one that i had imagined.

She was very friendly, cooperative and would explain everything very calmly and answer all my queries patiently.

Also, she never recommended a C Section. I wanted to do a normal delivery and she helped me a lot in making that happen. Strongly recommended.

The doctor explained everything clearly, and my clinic visit was smooth with no issues. I am satisfied and would recommend Dr. Shanujeet Kaur to others.
