"Circumcision includes the following steps:
* The genital area will be cleaned and sterile cloths will be used to prepare the patient for surgery.
* And numbed using either local, general or regional anesthesia.
* The foreskin will be retracted to its original position and cut by incisions made on the foreskin on the upper, lower and side incisions and removed and foreskin edges and blood vessels will be closed with sutures or surgical gum and dressed with sterile bandages."
