Rude behavior , Not friendly and prescribe high amount of test ***** ** *** ********** Management also unable to mange all people if some crowd

I reached the clinic 5 minutes late due to heavy traffic, but the doctor had already left. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and no one assisted me despite my calls. There was also a language barrier as the staff responded in Odia, which made communication difficult.

Dr. Bikash Kumar Mishra is very experienced and friendly. The clinic was hygienic and the staff behavior was very good. I was very satisfied with the overall experience.
