My physiotherapy session lasted for 5 days. I had a severe pain at both my shoulders. After the 3ed day of session, my pain is about completely healed and after 5th day, the muscles were completely relaxed. Even after vigorous gym exercise and hours of daily basketball practice, the pain has doesn't even stand a chance. So I strongly recommend any readers to visit Dr. Nidhi Saxena for their "pain" issues.
