Business is all about services. A business man make profit by providing services to the people and a true business man must look after its services. But this is not true for most of the counterpart in India. Here most of the business man only care about making profit. Our country will never beome peaceful and prosperous if such kind of people will continue to exit here. We very rarely see very good business man who care for its services and also try to improve it.

Dr. Dey is one of a such kind. He is a very polite and kind person. When he was assissting me I never felt like that he is in hurry for the next patient, so that he can make more money. He try to examine his patient very carefully and also give him sufficient time. Unlike most of the business man who are even ready to kill you just to make money he is not like that at all. Most of the doctor do not assisst you at all on the phone. Probably after first appointment if you want to talk to them about your ailment then most probably they will ask you to take another appointment. When I asked Dr. Dey that if I can consult him over the phone regarding my disease, he didn't show his disapproval at all. Also I called him one time and he talked to me very propely and answered all of my questions without showing any kind of hurriness.

This is shalini.. I am very happy bcoz face is the most important part of every girl last 6months I very suffer for acne.. My experience with Dr. Vivek was awesome. I am very thankful to him. I would like to recommend him to others also. He is very polite and he always makes his patient feel like he or she is the only patient there and listens to his/her problem patiently by giving enough time from his busy schedule.

I was suffering from severe acne with dark spots since 5 6 years .I consulted him and he was very good at explaining the problem and his nature is vry friendly towards his patients. He took sufficient time and diagnosed the whole problem.

It has been 1 month of treatment and I m getting vry good results as I expected.

Surely recommend him for skin problems.

In short, they should have basic courtesy:

1. As soon as you go inside, the lady will start asking for fees.

2. Doctor doesn't even have courtesy to close the door of the consultation room and makes the patient feel embarrassed as all people outside can listen to patients' conversations. * ** ** **** *** ************ ****** **** * **** ** *****

3. Doctor prescribed anti allergy medicines for fungal and bacterial infections and penile ADHESIONS and specifically stressed that I should buy medicines from his pharmacy housed in the same clinic. Of course, I didn't do that mistake.

4. Doctor was not ready to listen to the problems in medical terminology ******** **** **** ** *** *** *********** ** *** ******* *** ********** *******5. Very eager to press the bell to call the next patient in the queue. His body language suggested that he just wanted me to leave and didn't have patience to address my concerns.

7. No physical examination done, no tests prescribed.

8. When we visited Dr. Dey, his first question was about the payment method (cash or online), not her condition. Without examining her, he attributed the rash to the excessive heat (40°C) and advised applying ice and gave some medication.

Her condition persisted for six months without any improvement. I am mokshika,am very satisfied with my treatment which doctor gave me i lost my hope that my acne will be cured or not but after meeting doctor dey changed my opinion he gave me **** treatmet. My treatment took tym of 2 yrs but now my pimples have completely gone thanks to doctor vivek dey..

Tinea Pedis, which I had been suffering from for sometime is almost cured, though the dosage has been considerably reduced and the maintenance therapy is to be continued for sometime. Onycomycosis, another fungal infection of the nail, which I have been suffering from and being treated for seems to be yielding results though for the complete cure it might take a long time and I need to have patience.
