It's not about the doctor but his management .It's really stupid to go through your practo app because the appointment does not carry any weightage it's complete waste they manage as they want the two guys sitting at the entrance.they didn't let me in with my appointment time.they sent me only after they thought it's ok to send now.However the doctor just finished seeing a patient when I entered.anyways it's a good app but I would say just to see which doctor is in the city else everything is manual and has to be taken care by ourselves.

It was nice experience to get the immediate appointment on the time slot we have chosen i.e. 8PM on 16th August' 17. There is huge crowd and even though we got appointment with doctor by 8:30 PM.

I am Shweta Rajawat a post doctoral fellow and my Husband Dr. Arvind Rajawat is a professor. It is important for a doctor to listen to the patient and let the patient know the details of the diagnosis to his satisfaction level which was totally missing. Doctor is short of time and do not consider it to be important to tell the patient the need of tests and the medication to be taken up. It is extremely regretted to inform here that inpite of online booking , Doctor was not available . Attendent present said that doctor is not available . He has gone out somewhere .and we should try for tomarrow. When we questioned him that if the doctor is not available why appointment was given . It costed our time and money in coming all the way. There was no answer. Not even a sorry. . we could have been informed about his unavailability atleast over phone so that we need not cancel our other engagements which caused us lot of trouble.

The doctor has so many patients that he was almost in a hurry to shoo people away after taking the fees. He asked us to get the CT scan which we did promptly, on showing it to him he said okay just take the medicines and asked the next patient to come in. While the other patient was trying to get in, I asked the doctor if everything was normal why was the patient facing such problems, he said in a manner of passing while signalling the next patient to come in "it's just Parkinson's setting in" and we were taken out of the room by his staff. The doctor did not bother to explain the situation, the gravity of it, further steps to take and just said take the medicines. Did not expect such a treatment from such a reputed and experienced man. Will not recommend him.

I am very disappointed with the doctor's behaviour. He has no time to listen patient's problem and medical history. I do not recommend the doctor, please don't go there.
