I constantly look for doctors who have high regard for patient satisfaction and also adhere to treatment which is necessary.
The vision was not checked by the doctor herself but by staff. Although i mentioned my dissatisfaction with the vision check, she did not even bother to check it herself and left it undone. ******* ****** ****** she prescribed some tablets, not mentioning their significance. Just as a curious patient, i had asked a lot of questions and many of them went unanswered or had bleak replies. She had also asked me to get a test done. She did not ask me of any previous allergies or problems ***** *** ********* *** *** ***********
Since i was heavily dissatisfied, i consulted another ******* doctor *** *** * ******** ****** **** ** ********** ** ** ****** *** ******** ** ***** ** ** **** **** ** **** *** *** *** ********* *** ******** ******* *** * ******* *** *** ********** *** *** ** ****** ** * *** *** ** ********** **** ** ** ***** **** ***** ***** *********** ************** I donot, in any way recommend this doctor.
On 21 sept 2020, time 12:00 pm I visited Mata shree netralaya, bhopal for lasik treatment.After consulting at reception, they adviced me two types of surgery -
1. Normal surgery Rs. 33000/-
2. HD surgery Rs. 43000/-
After this many test of my eye conducted by team, according to them i was eligible for lasik. At 5:00 pm my no. Came to meet Dr. Preeti kataria. Again She also checked my eye through various test & i wa fit for treatment. Then I asked to Dr. Preeti wats the difference in these two Dr preeti replied the same as u find in your television (HD/ Normal). I decided to prefer HD lasik (it costs me around Rs.55000)
On 23 sept 2020 I have taken lasik eye surgery from Dr. Preeti kataria . *** ******* *** ************* After surgery instantly my left eye power reduced to 0 but right eye still have power of - 1.50. After consulting with Dr. Preeti many times... But as per Dr. Recovery will take 3 months after that it will be fine... But days passed after three months i went for checkup to Dr. Preeti but she is not available so she suggested to meet her husband Dr. Chahveer bindra. Dr. Bindra adviced to wear glasses **** ** * ****** *** ******** ** ***** ******* ***** * **** ** **** ******** as due to machine error some power (-1.50) left in the left eye. We are just operating machine its not our fault its machine fault (as per dr. Bindra) .... Present status my eyes power is started increasing.... *** ** ** *** ** ***** ************ My experience is very bad....
