I visited Dr. Mukesh Tiwari with my kitten, but it was not a good experience. The staff were rude and had a lot of attitude, and I had to keep asking multiple times just to get my kitten checked. *** ****** *** *** **** ** ****** * ****** ****** ********* which made the visit very disappointing.
My visit with Dr. Mukesh Tiwari was excellent from start to finish. He was very attentive, listened carefully to my concerns, and explained the diagnosis and treatment options clearly. His calm demeanor and willingness to answer all my questions made me feel well cared for and confident in the treatment plan.

On 14th September 2017 we came to your clinic with very high opinion about you and were very pleased to see our pet's long persisting Ear problem is solved after some follow up visits.
But during our last visit on 4th August 1018 our experience was very bad. The way we were treated was unprofetional and totally unacceptable.
In spite of confirm appointment we were asked to wait for 2-3 hrs to see the Vet, because was away from clinic. Even after the doc came he got himself indulge with some of his friends orr Vet MRs. **** ******** *** **** ****** ******* ******** *** *** *** ******* *** ****** ** **** ****** ********* ** *** ******* *** ********* ********** *** *** ********* ** ******Secondly
The Dog Food sold to us was with Very Old Packing Date. On mentioning that the clinic boy said it's nothing to worry about but my pet not showing much desire for this food.
Chewing Bones - forget about chewing my pet refused to take in his mouth.
Finally I am sorry to say that we are NOT planning any further visits to this clinic.
Dr. Mukesh Tiwari treated my cat for FIP and did an excellent job. The clinic staff was very helpful and the environment felt safe and welcoming for pets. I highly recommend him for anyone seeking top-notch treatment.

Dr mukesh tiwari is an amazing doctor, great at his job and we are grateful to him for treating our dog for over 8 years. Unfortunately he has passed away due to an incurable illness, and Dr. Tiwari helped us through it every step of the way. We do believe and find ourselves guilty for not noticing the signs of disease any sooner and wish we were somehow informed of the situation sometime sooner but that has nothing to do with the commandable treatment chiku received in the lil paws dog clinic and how he was taken care of till his end.

Sorry for doing this late ...I would like to thank dr mukesh tiwari sir for treating my dog well...We visited his clinic in april 2023 and my Labrador MAX aged 14 years at that time was diagnosed with spleen tumor size 5cm * 3cm . The doctor helped us in every possible way even when we left bhopal(transfered) he was still available on phone calls for help.... My max is 14 years 7 months now, the spleen is 13cm*9cm now . We tried everything that we could CT Scan , Best vetinary hospital in the country.He is in his last stage now , this is really tough time for us but I would like to thank dr mukesh for his help provided remotely even in these tough times ....With my experience I can say you can always trust your pet in dr mukesh's hand...Thank you sir
