I consulted Dr Saxena for the treatment of Varicose Veins on my right leg. I visited a couple of specialists before but that didn't help. ****** *** ** *********** I had visited for my mother leg check after checking with some machine(Rs 2000) he told she has varicose veins and a operation of Rs. 50,000. My appointment with Dr was at 6:15pm on 20 Oct 2018. I was at clinic on 6:00pm. Deposited the fees and sattle down to wait for my turn, but what I wondered to saw the patient come at 7 pm to clinic is sent to doctor prior to me. She had appointment of 7:15 pm. When I asked to reception what is going on here they wasn't reply properly. Even after 8:00 pm I won't able to meet to Dr and nobody in staff gives me answer why?

If by any chance Dr is not available to meet they have to inform me why I am sitting there like a fool?

Even receptionist refuse to refund my money.

Worst experience I faced and pray for other patients that they may not face such an embracing situation.

Every Dr and there staff must understand that nobody goes to clinic or hospital by choice.

Very much approachable which is most desirable for a patient . Explains very elaborately about the disease and the solution.

Finally I got the solution for my wife's varicose veins pain she bear it from last 15 year's.

We take lots of treatment but all was give temporary relief from pain but at last we got all from Dr Agamya Saxena.
