I waited for 2.5 hours to meet the doctor for 5 minutes. And then, it is a sad reality that my issues were not diagnosed or treated properly. In addition to that, the hospital staff did 3 mistakes:
1. Did not add all the required test as prescribed by the doctor to the list
2. Send me wrong patient's reports on WhatsApp
3. Charged me for a test that they have no reports for.
