I, 65 yrs old lady visited Subham hospital where he is doing as a consultant orthopedic doctor. there was mild swelling in my right knee. after the check-up he got 2 x-rays done and diagoned no problem but was given some medicines and a vitamin D injection. after taking his medicines swelling sore up and pain also started in that knee. on approaching again, he said its arthritis and changed medicines but no relief occurred. again I visited him on he started saying that water has accumulated in my knee and it needs to be taken out by injection. on that, I became conscious and discontinued his medicines/treatment. I want to highlight that on a single visit to AIIMS Bhopal got 95 relief from some very economic medicines.

therefore I want to say that I had a very painful experience and was not at all satisfied with their proficiency.

moreover, the doctor is very arrogant and unfriendly.

Hospital environment is bad. Regural staff is unhygienic, unprofessional and do not wear masks. I asked the reason and they said that it is not mandatory for them.

I booked appointment for 1 PM and doctor reached at 1:45 PM, which is highly unprofessional. I would not go again or even recommend to anyone.
