I opted for PRP treatment after being informed that I would see results after completing three sessions. However, after completing all three sessions and spending money on the treatment as well as the prescribed medicines, I have not noticed any improvement.

When I raised my concern, I was told that the clinic does not guarantee results. I completely understand that PRP results can vary from person to person and that no treatment can guarantee 100% results. However, this limitation and the possibility of little to no improvement were not clearly explained to me before I started the treatment.

My main concern is that the expectations and commitments communicated before starting the treatment were different from what I was told after completing the treatment. After the three sessions were completed, the doctor/clinic declined the commitments that had been communicated earlier *** * *** ***** ** ***** ********** ***** ** ******* **********

If I had been clearly informed in advance, preferably in writing, that there was no assurance of improvement even after three sessions *** **** ********** ******** ** ******** ***** ** ********* I could have made a more informed decision before spending my time and money.

I strongly believe that patients should be given complete and transparent information in writing before starting any treatment, including:

- Expected results and realistic outcomes

- Possibility of little or no improvement

- Limitations of the treatment

- Total expected cost

- Whether additional sessions or medicines may be required

Clear information about what the doctor/clinic is and is not committing to

Unfortunately, after completing the treatment and paying for three sessions and medicines, I am left feeling that I have spent a significant amount of time and money ******* ********* *** ******* ** ******* * *** **********

I would strongly advise anyone considering this treatment to understand everything clearly and get all commitments, expected outcomes, limitations, and costs in writing before starting. ********** *** *** *** ** ******** ***** ******* ***** ******* *** ********* ** ************

I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and improves its communication and transparency so that future patients can make properly informed decisions before committing their time and money.

The staff is very cooperative and doctor's treatment is satisfactory .Earlier i visited many dermatologists but the results were not good ,this time I'm completely satisfied with my treatment ,no long waiting hours and results are awesome with no side effects !

My experience was very bad. I took a derma facial. These people peeled my entire face with a derma roller.****** **** ******** * ***** *** ***** *** **** ** **** *** ** *********. When I told this to doctor Anil Mohite, he showed me complete carelessness..

And they told me to take the cream worth Rs 90, it will not leave any marks..*** **** *** **** *** ** ************* **** **** **** ** ***** ****** they don't care about customer's problem

Didn't like the treatment at all. I had a scar on my left leg. She explained me the procedure of the treatment and did aware me it'll be gone. *** **** ***** ********* *** **** ****** I'm out of time and money (5k-6k) *** ***** **** *** ***** Would never recommend her.
