At 10 pm, we were completely clueless as to what to do as our baby was continuously crying and vomiting indicating some stomach issues. We reached out to Dr Shiv at this hour and he did prescribe the medicines. But the way he explained about what to do and what to watch, that helped recover the child faster. We just followed what he explained and viola, baby was feeling good in less than 30 mins. Thanks Dr Shiv. Can't thank you enough for the help you had given which relieved our baby from pain quickly.

We have a very good experience with Dr shiv, we are getting his services since last five years for our child as he is giving effective and suitable treatment with less number of medicines and also guide us on call whenever needed. He use to give regular alerts for due vaccinations tooo and is very friendly with child.

Ver bad experience ! He has initiated the consultation while he had no time to see the patient. The reason i reached out to a doc online because it was an emergency at my end and first he reacted after good time and then when i asked why you’re taking that long, he got offended and started explaining his qualifications. and eventually closed the consultation. *** ***** ** **** **** *******

It was an Online Consulting and the doctor was very positive and gave a great response. It was for my kid and the fact was he was not at home when we were in a consultation, however doctor was patient enough to come over a video and see the child and prescribed the necessary medicines.

Dr.Shiv is a good experienced person and he knows how to treat patients and parents, my 4 year daughter was facing high fever 104-105 temperature from 3 days , we visited our family Dr. They suggested paracetamol 120 ml , but there was no work , late night again high fever, So we had an online consultation with Dr. Shiv Dubey ji for second opinion and they suggest changing the treatment and dose , same as per Dr. shiv start treatment and we observe that syrp work and temperature automatically normal within 1.30 hrs .
