Dr Annapurna's approach to diet and nutrition is holistic. She takes care to verify all factors - genetic, lifestyle, emotional/mental stressors, blood work before prescribing a detailed guided plan. She also sets realistic expectations from the beginning so as to not overwhelm the client with many changes at once. I was also impressed by the Inbody scanner (at her clinic) which gives out a detailed report of my body composition.
