Today was my 3rd visit to the doctor and finally the treatment completed, my ailment healed.

I am really very happy that the ailment that I was suffering since decades was so nicely and effectively treated by Dr Poonam and finally resolved. I already given my feedback for the doctor before and today after returning back after a final checkup, thought of expressing my thanks and gratitude once again for Dr Poonam.

Swastik Ent And Skin Clinic has very nice ambience, all the working professionals are doing well, they are very co operative. Mr. Rahul help me alot for my insurance and other related queries. Ambience is also very nice & pleasant.

I was suffering from freckles for last 4 yrs..l took many medicines and cream which was prescribed by one renownd dermatologist.. But can't get any result.. Then luckily I have appointed on February with Dr Jalan ..He did laser treatment on my face and gave some medicine.. Now I'm start to love my skin after many years.. Thank u so much Dr. 😊

She explained the issue and treatment to me and is a fabulous doctor i have been consulting her for 8 months

but on 9/4/2018 was overcharged(350%) on "zgts derma roller 0.5mm" equipment MRP < Rs 400 and charged Rs1400 from the Swastic Clinic which is not expected, when i asked for refund i received this is what i received,

i) No bill was issued for the equipment even when i asked on 09/04/2018 said it was not needed by the receptionist for the equipment purchased for Rs 1400[i gave 3 x 500 hundred and was returned 1 x 100]

ii) I was asked to get another one by the doctor and then refund is available which is purchasing equipment twice as they purchased in higher price(will not consumer pay on current mrp) [10/4/2019]

iii) When i informed the same to receptionist he was giving all sorts of non sense arguments and denied money refund. They claimed that the one which they gave is original and google is showing false data about mrp from same company on same product (doctor and receptionist both said, is it even logical, then how we can say i received an original product)

iv) The doctor intervened and countered as why i am informing to receptionist

Doctor is exceptional in treatment but it is a humble request to not buy medicines and equipment from attached medicine shop in clinic as it is hugely over priced

My experience with dr poonam is great.actually I was suffering from fungal infection and. hair fall problem .

doctor has treated me firstly for the fungal infection and now the problem is solved totally.now doctor is treating me for hairfall and im satisfy for her treatment .

I went for HIFU treatment. I was told by the doctor that 20% of change will be seen after 1st sitting and 80% after second sitting. I have undergone 2 sittings .one in April'24 and other in July'24. It been almost a year now and NO SIGN OF CHANGE IN THE WRINKLES is seen. After that too the doctor has the adocity to claim that there is a slight change. I wasted 20000/- for nothing.

I started visiting Dr. Poonam Jalan from the year 2020 when the area around my lips had turned black and i had lost all hopes of getting my normal skin back but under her treatment i had got rid of it. Since then whenever I face skin problem i visit her. She is a great doctor..very polite and helpful. The staffs at the clinic are very good too. If you can't visit her clinic she provides online consultation too. So I recommend everyone facing skin problems to visit her without doubts.

I started losing my hair on the temple . Most well-wishers suggested that I would need hair grafting but the dermatologist at swastik clinic had different plans. She recommended PRP for hair loss reversal. It was a nonsurgical low maintenance procedure and is light on the pocket. I am very pleased with the results so far.
