For context, I’ve been battling depression for about 5 years now and have tried taking therapy with multiple psychologists. But none have impacted me in a positive way like Dr.Bhargav has.
When I started my sessions with Dr.Bhargav, I was drowned in negative thoughts, would have frequent breakdowns and was unable to do any kind of work or activity. Slowly and steadily, he started equipping me with tools and techniques that I could use on a day to day basis. Now, I’m on my path of healing - Along with the right medication, I also have a bunch of tools with me that I can use whenever my thoughts overpower me.
His emphasis on self reflection, setting goals for our therapy sessions and action-oriented approach is what makes him so skilled at handling patients like me. And of course, he does all this with a bucket full of empathy and sensitivity.

Dr. Shreedhar Sir did diagnosis and explained me the problem and treatment for the same. He was very patient to hear out all issues , was observant even with the minute details and came up with a phased treatment plan. The sessions with doctor created lots of positive vibes and gave good hope for recovering from the condition. Because of his treatment and encouragement, I am doing very good now. I am very grateful to Dr. Shreedhar Sir for his guidance and making my life lot better.

I had consulted her for around 3-4 sessions. I needed a doctor's note. She kept delaying it, will get it done in next 2-3 days.
I needed to buy insurance and these so called mental health professionals are the ones who are roadblocks to the process.
After some weeks , when I refused to come to sessions saying that the experience has been unhelpful. she made the suggestion that I am just here for the doctors note . Pathetic, have some empathy and don't make such hogwash suggestions.
Imagine week after week, insurance company is asking for note and they keep running me in circles. This happened at samvith neuro clinic in Koramangala.
Have more empathy and understand that because of your lack of help , it's become a traumatizing experience for me. Read less
