My daughter was recommended 25 TMS sessions along with CBT. I am pleased to report my daughter feeling the best after 18 TMS sessions along with regular assessment and CBT. Now my daughter is experiencing happiness in everything and can think more clearly.
I also had a problem of mild anxiety and was recommended both TMS and CBT by Ms Smrithi Mary Saji. I am undergoing the same. I am made understand what is the underlying issue that make anxious. Pent up emotions do lot of damage to our mental health.
