She listened to my problems with lot of patience and understood my day to day routine and food habits. She helped me with my queries and made me understand the value of including good diet habits that can provide enough vitamins, proteins etc to our body. She also explained the need for exercise and proper food timings that are vital when working from home after a stressful day at work.
She gave me a detailed diet plan which she asked me to follow for a month or two to observe the body changes and if it suits my body type as well.
